If you have an issue with any food or drink purchases you should raise this with staff at the venue.
For issues with your meal pass contact: cateringfinance@nottingham.ac.uk or call 0115 74 84997 Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
The University is closed now until 5th January 2026, therefore any reports received will not now be viewed until we return.
If you need urgent support during this time and you are on campus please contact University Security on 0115 951 3013 or 0115 951 8888 for emergencies. If you are at immediate risk off campus please contact emergency services on 999.
